Business Logic Expert for AI (AI Community) – English required

About the role

Join TELUS Digital as a Business Logic Expert for AI. You will act as the bridge between artificial intelligence and real‑world business, training AI models to adopt the tone, practices, and requirements of a professional enterprise.

Main responsibilities

• Professional tone review: Analyze AI‑generated emails, reports, and presentations to ensure they are polite, persuasive, and context‑appropriate, avoiding robotic style.
• Business fact verification: Check the consistency of marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts produced by AI, confirming accurate calculations and industry‑standard recommendations.
• Process training: Teach AI common internal procedures (meeting summaries, invoice drafting, project schedule creation, etc.) to improve operational efficiency.

Profile

• University degree (minimum Bac+3) in Business, Finance, Management or related field.
• Native‑level mastery of your mother tongue with ability to reproduce professional language nuances.
• Intermediate English (minimum B1) to follow international instructions and documentation.
• 1–2 years of office experience (including internships) in email writing, project tracking, budgeting or similar daily business activities.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and desire to improve its business logic.
