Business Manager – Swiss German Region

About the role

TechFirm Information Systems is seeking a dynamic Business Manager to lead growth in the Swiss‑German region. You will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, managing the profit‑and‑loss of your business unit, and fostering long‑term relationships with key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new consulting clients across banking, industrial and government sectors.
• Take full financial accountability for the business unit, optimizing margins and ensuring sustainable profitability.
• Act as the trusted partner for client accounts, nurturing long‑term success.
• Support, mentor and empower consulting teams to deliver high‑quality services.
• Lead recruitment initiatives to attract top‑tier consulting talent as the agency scales.

Required profile

• Proven consulting and sales experience with a strong track record in business development.
• Solid understanding of corporate IT processes and environments.
• Experience managing international stakeholders.
• High emotional intelligence and excellent people skills.
• Fluent in Swiss German and English; French or Italian is a plus.
• Legal work authorization in Switzerland.
