Business Manager (VIE) – Geneva

About the role

The Business Manager (VIE) will drive the growth of SII Group’s Swiss operations from Geneva. You will be responsible for expanding the client portfolio, managing key accounts and supporting the recruitment of consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients, respond to calls for tender and negotiate contracts.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with large‑account customers.
• Provide tailored solutions that meet client needs and build trust.
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of consultants.
• Define resource allocation and investment plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure consultants have the necessary tools and training to perform their missions.

Required profile

• French nationality, under 29 years old.
• Master’s degree (engineer school or business school, Bac+5).
• At least 2 years of experience in a consulting or ESN commercial role.
• Ambitious, challenge‑driven, autonomous, rigorous and intellectually agile.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Motivated by high‑growth environments and results‑oriented.
