Cash Operations Specialist

About the role

CoinFlip is seeking a Cash Operations Specialist to oversee the physical cash lifecycle across its nationwide network of cryptocurrency kiosks and ATMs. The role ensures cash availability, accurate reconciliation and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor cash levels across the ATM/BTM network to maintain optimal uptime and liquidity.
• Coordinate cash loading and collection with armored carriers and service partners.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly cash reconciliations, investigating any discrepancies.
• Track cash usage trends to improve forecasting and reduce operational costs.
• Maintain detailed records of cash movements, settlements and variances.
• Partner with Finance, Compliance and Operations to uphold internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Support incident resolution related to cash shortages, overages or machine errors.
• Assist in optimizing cash logistics, routing and vendor performance.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within cash operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cash operations, treasury, banking or ATM/financial services environments.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in reconciliation work.
• Experience managing cash logistics and working with armored carriers.
