Client Account Manager – Wealth Management (Greece & Cyprus)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Client Account Manager to join our Greece & Cyprus Wealth Management team in Geneva. You will be the primary point of contact for high‑net‑worth and private client servicing, ensuring seamless execution of daily banking and investment activities while delivering a premium client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily client servicing for private and high‑net‑worth portfolios, providing high‑quality support.
• Process client orders such as stock trades, foreign exchange, loans, and deposits.
• Act as the direct contact for routine banking activities and administrative tasks.
• Handle client transactions, inquiries, and troubleshooting in a timely manner.
• Perform account maintenance, including opening/closing, suitability reviews, KYC, and due‑diligence research.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and coordinate with client advisors.
• Support client advisors with administrative, risk, legal, and compliance duties, including preparation for client meetings and coverage during business trips.
• Participate in client meetings alongside advisors when required.

Required profile

• Experience in financial services, preferably in a client‑facing or commercial role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent financial qualifications.
• Strong understanding of deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment, and credit products.
• Excellent relationship‑management skills with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Interest in financial markets and ability to serve institutional‑like clients.
• Sound judgment, problem‑solving abilities, and confidence in communicating complex ideas.
• Motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑changing environment.
