Client Advisor – Fiduciary Services (Remote or Basel)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Client Advisor in fiduciary services who values independence, flexibility, and modern digital tools. You will manage a portfolio of startup and SME clients, providing accounting, payroll, and tax advisory services while working remotely or from our Basel office.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a diverse client portfolio, handling accounting, payroll, tax returns and financial planning.
• Prepare annual financial statements and maintain client accounts using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Ensure Swiss regulatory compliance by preparing VAT returns, social insurance declarations and adhering to OR accounting standards.
• Work autonomously from day one, taking full responsibility for mandates and client projects.
• Contribute ideas to improve digital fiduciary processes and workflows.

Required profile

• Federal Diploma in Fiduciary Services or comparable qualification.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a fiduciary firm.
• Very good German and solid English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, organize tasks without constant supervision, and communicate proactively.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Digital accounting and payroll software.
• Knowledge of Swiss VAT (MWST) and social insurance reporting.
