Clinical Education Specialist – Community & Engagement

About the role

The Clinical Education Specialist, reporting to the Head of Clinical Education, will design and activate professional communities and engagement programmes for dental practitioners. By leveraging Nobel Biocare’s educational ecosystem, faculty network and clinical resources, the role aims to strengthen relationships, increase advocacy and support the company’s clinical education and commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch professional communities aligned with strategic customer segments, clinical interests and treatment workflows.
• Create educational and networking initiatives that promote peer‑to‑peer learning, professional development and ongoing interaction with Nobel Biocare.
• Design customer engagement journeys that connect educational programmes, community participation, product portfolios and business goals.
• Produce scalable frameworks, toolkits and activation models for consistent implementation across global markets.
• Support regional and local teams with guidance, best practices and resources to adapt global programmes locally.
• Collaborate with Clinical Education, Marketing, Product Management and Sales to ensure initiatives align with product launches and commercial priorities.
• Leverage Nobel Biocare’s network and assets to maximise participation, advocacy and educational impact.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, faculty, speakers, mentors and community leaders.
• Track participation, engagement metrics and performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather insights from customers, markets and internal stakeholders to continuously refine community strategies and engagement models.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, customer‑facing approach with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Proven ability to translate global priorities into scalable, actionable frameworks.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with marketing, product, sales and education teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to analyse engagement data and derive actionable insights.
