Commercial Education Spine Manager

About the role

The Commercial Education Spine Manager leads the development and delivery of education programmes that support spine healthcare professionals. This role directly impacts clinician capability, product adoption and patient outcomes by providing high‑quality, innovative training experiences while aligning with commercial and clinical goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of spine‑focused professional education strategies aligned to commercial and product priorities.
• Design and deliver training programmes for healthcare professionals, including procedural techniques and product application.
• Identify educational gaps and implement targeted programmes to address evolving spine training needs.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Medical Affairs to ensure alignment of education initiatives with commercial and clinical objectives.
• Plan and deliver educational events such as workshops, cadaver labs, symposia and regional training sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, spine surgeons and healthcare institutions.
• Monitor programme effectiveness using performance metrics and feedback, driving continuous improvement.
• Incorporate digital learning tools and innovative delivery methods to enhance engagement and learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8 years experience in medical education, commercial training or healthcare programme management.
• Strong understanding of the medical device industry and spine or orthopaedic education.
• Proven project‑management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for clinical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data and performance metrics to inform decisions.
