Communication & Media Manager - Luxury

About the role

We are looking for a Communication & Media Manager to join the global Marketing team of an internationally renowned Swiss luxury maison. Reporting to the VP Head of Marketing, you will shape and execute the brand’s media strategy across multiple markets, combining creativity, analytical thinking and hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the global media strategy across print, digital, social and outdoor channels.
• Coordinate international media plans with subsidiaries, distributors and retail partners, ensuring brand consistency.
• Lead advertising projects from brief to final delivery, managing creative agencies, photographers and production teams.
• Organise product and lifestyle photo‑ and video‑productions and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Manage and optimise paid social media campaigns in collaboration with Digital and PR teams.
• Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager, translating data into actionable insights.
• Continuously explore new media opportunities, emerging platforms and innovative communication formats.
• Collaborate closely with the group’s media agency and premium publishing partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international media planning for luxury or premium brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
