Communications Manager (m/f/d) – 12‑month assignment

About the role

Work Selection AG, a first‑tier supplier to F. Hoffmann‑La Roche Ltd., is seeking a motivated Communications Manager for a 12‑month temporary assignment. You will partner with Business Partner and Communications teams to design and deliver integrated communication strategies that engage internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies, narratives and campaigns across functions and teams.
• Align communications goals with overall business priorities and support high‑impact employee and change communications.
• Create and maintain communication tools, measure outcomes against objectives, and provide insights to senior leaders.
• Stay current on industry trends, internal developments and new ways of working to keep strategies innovative.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
• 5+ years of communications experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or diagnostics industry.
• Proven ability to lead indirectly, manage global communications strategies and work in a matrix environment.
• Strong consulting, influencing and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
