Community Manager – Build & Grow User Communities

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a proactive Community Manager to nurture and expand its global user base. Based in Lisbon, you will work closely with product, marketing, and support teams to create an engaging, inclusive environment for our AI‑powered resource planning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement community engagement strategies to attract and retain users.
• Moderate forums, social media groups, and discussion platforms, ensuring respectful interactions.
• Respond to user inquiries, facilitate conversations, and address concerns promptly.
• Organise webinars, Q&A sessions, and community events to boost participation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align community initiatives with product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Track and analyse engagement metrics, refining tactics based on data insights.
• Identify and empower brand advocates, ambassadors, and super‑users.
• Maintain up‑to‑date community guidelines and enforce them consistently.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement.
• Proven ability to manage online communities on platforms such as Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups, or Slack.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for inspiring users.
• Experience handling sensitive situations, mediating conflicts, and enforcing community policies.
• Passion for building meaningful relationships and fostering a positive brand experience.
