Construction Site Manager

About the role

agap2, a European engineering services firm, is expanding its Swiss operations and seeks an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead complex renovation, fit‑out and high‑tech projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and coordinate renovation and construction projects on site.
• Plan, monitor and control construction activities, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, quality and H&S regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure work follows project plans, technical specifications and client requirements.
• Lead site meetings, provide progress reports and support commissioning, inspections and handover.

Required profile

• Degree or technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Several years of experience as a Site/Construction Manager (Bauleiter) in Switzerland.
• Proven track record with interior fit‑out, office, life‑science or high‑tech projects.
• Strong knowledge of schedule, quality and cost management.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
