Consultant – Business Consulting (Platform Experience)

About the role

Join EY’s Business Consulting team and help shape the future of the Financial Services industry. As a Consultant or Senior Consultant you will work on strategic transformation programmes for Wealth & Asset Management, Banking & Capital Markets, and Insurance, focusing on large‑scale platform implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation projects for platforms such as Aladdin, SimCorp, Temenos or Avaloq, including configuration, testing and rollout.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define, document and validate business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into scalable system solutions and contribute to agile product delivery (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming).
• Design and deliver platform‑enabled operating models that improve efficiency, scalability and regulatory compliance.
• Apply EY methodologies and accelerators to ensure successful integration, adoption and change management.
• Present data‑driven insights and recommendations to clients and support account development.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in financial services or consulting.
• Hands‑on experience with Aladdin, SimCorp, Temenos or Avaloq.
• Background in requirements engineering and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Strong communication, teamwork and initiative.
• University degree from a recognised institution.
• Fluency in English; German preferred.
