- Support the first set of PAGE governance meetings: advise on timing and content, coordinate logistics, prepare background documents for the Steering Committee, Management Board and Technical Team, and write summaries of key points and decisions.
- Help prepare the 2026 online annual report: review reporting, draft text, choose images and layout, and contribute to newsletters and videos.
- Compile feedback from funding partners and the Management Board and produce a concise document outlining the narrative, objectives, key components and budget for extending PAGE work in 2028 and beyond.
- Support the second set of governance meetings with the same tasks as the first set.
- Prepare the 2026 comprehensive progress report with the monitoring lead, including overview tables and graphics.
- Track the status of country, global and regional activities, update monitoring files, and draft a possible 2028 workplan and budget.
Required profile
- Advanced university degree (Master's) in international affairs or development, economics, environment or sustainability, communications or a related field.
- 5 years of work experience in sustainable development and programme management.
- Experience organizing internal and external meetings and coordinating with partners, preferably in a UN or international organization context.
- Proven communication and writing skills in English; an additional UN language is an advantage.
