About the role

Join EY's People Advisory Services Tax team to help clients navigate complex individual tax and international mobility challenges. You will work on high‑impact advisory projects, delivering practical, business‑driven solutions for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams on international projects, focusing on individual and corporate tax, tax planning, compliance and administration.
• Provide tax support to SMEs and multinational corporations across domestic and cross‑border tax areas.
• Interpret, implement and review tax and regulatory concepts, ensuring practical application.
• Assist clients with tax analyses, compliance filings, tax rulings and contribute to corporate structuring projects.
• Develop solutions in a complex, international environment and advise managers on core tax issues.
• Interact daily with HR departments, tax and social security specialists, expatriates and authorities.

Required profile

• Recognized diploma in Law, Economics or equivalent (bachelor’s or master’s degree).
• Strong interest in core taxation concepts; relevant coursework and preferably some experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of French and English.
• Exceptional analytical skills, methodical and rigorous, with a collaborative team mindset.
• Agile, growth‑oriented mindset, innovative and able to adapt to rapid change.
