Consultant – Private Clients Tax Services

About the role

Join EY's Private Clients Tax Team in Geneva as a Consultant, supporting entrepreneurs, family offices and high‑net‑worth individuals with complex tax matters across borders. You will work alongside senior partners to deliver tax‑efficient structures and add value for both individuals and companies.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in consulting projects under the direction of a partner, handling client interactions and project delivery.
• Advise family offices, private individuals and entrepreneurs on tax‑efficient structuring of cross‑border issues.
• Support national and international project work, investments and reorganisations at the interface of business administration and tax law.
• Contribute to the development of mandates and the acquisition of new projects.
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary, cross‑functional assignments to solve complex tax challenges for demanding clients.

Required profile

• Recognised Swiss diploma in law, economics or business studies (Bachelor, Master, LLM or federal diploma).
• Ideally some experience in Swiss and international tax law within a consulting environment.
• Strong teamwork orientation, customer focus and determination.
• Excellent command of English and French; German is a plus.
• Agile, growth‑oriented mindset with curiosity and inclusiveness.
