Contract Recruiter – Full Cycle Recruiting

About the role

AvonRisk is seeking a Contract Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for corporate, operational, and claims administration functions within a third‑party administrator environment. You will partner closely with business leaders to understand staffing needs, manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate roles such as People Operations, Finance, Accounting, IT, and Operations.
• Support recruitment for claims administration positions, including Adjusters, Examiners, Specialists, Supervisors, and Managers across multiple lines of business.
• Conduct intake meetings to capture client requirements, licensing needs, and staffing timelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview plans, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and ATS databases.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring decisions.
• Provide market insights and hiring best practices specific to the TPA space.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably within a TPA or regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of claims operations and corporate hiring needs.
• Ability to adapt recruiting strategies quickly to changing business demands.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
