About the role

We are looking for a Quality Controller to ensure that watch movement components meet the highest standards of quality, quantity and delivery. The role is based near Grenchen (Switzerland) and involves close collaboration with production and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect watch movement components according to current norms and procedures.
• Guarantee daily production complies with quality, quantity and deadline requirements.
• Prepare control and qualification reports, including non‑conformities, follow‑ups and statistics.
• Operate standard and specialised measurement equipment such as binoculars, profile projectors and QuickControl.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for control and manufacturing processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality control within the watch industry.
• Strong knowledge of movement component inspection.
• Advanced handling of measurement tools and familiarity with QuickControl software.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand watch movement and complication manufacturing processes.
• Detail‑oriented, disciplined and committed to procedural compliance.
• Team player with good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate.
• Residence within 45 minutes of Grenchen (SO).
