Corporate Director of Health & Wellness (RN) – Part‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Corporate Director of Health and Wellness (RN) to lead the operational management of health services across our corporate contracts. This remote position (approximately 40 hours per month) ensures compliance with Department of Labor, Job Corps and internal standards while promoting employee and student wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee health and wellness programs to meet DOL, PRH, Center and corporate requirements.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and educational programs related to medical support, disability and wellness.
• Maintain compliance with Department of Labor guidelines, OFCCP regulations and Job Corps notices.
• Collaborate with Health and Wellness Directors and the Regional Nurse Specialist to improve contract performance.
• Participate in strategic meetings, conduct quarterly needs analyses and recommend operational improvements.
• Support the Health and Wellness Director with employee issues, performance evaluations and staff training.
• Report health‑related problems to the VP of Operations and propose corrective actions.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in corporate health program management.
• Strong knowledge of Department of Labor and Job Corps compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to develop policies, conduct needs analyses and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills for working with multiple stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of health and wellness program development.
• Familiarity with DOL, OFCCP and Job Corps regulations.
• Experience in policy writing and operational planning.
