Corporate Financial Controller – Group Investment & Controlling

About the role

The Corporate Financial Controller will oversee group‑wide investment and operational controlling, develop reporting systems, and ensure high‑quality financial planning across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Responsibility for group‑wide investment controlling and operational controlling of the group of companies.
• Active development of a reporting system and corporate controlling structures.
• Preparation of budget plans and forecasts for individual companies and the Group in line with HGB and IFRS, in collaboration with budget managers.
• Preparation and analysis of status reports, ad‑hoc and variance analyses, and monitoring of key performance indicators.
• Independent communication with management levels, cost‑centre managers and the accounts department.
• Development and implementation of transparent concepts and analytical tools to standardise corporate controlling.
• Continuous optimisation of planning, management and control processes within the group.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Real Estate Management, preferably with a focus on Accounting, Controlling or Finance.
• Several years of professional experience in corporate controlling, ideally in the property or fund sector.
• Proactive approach, strong numerical aptitude and outstanding analytical skills.
• Confident, articulate communication style with excellent coordination and management abilities.
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English.
