Corporate Learning Excellence Lead

About the role

Nestlé is looking for a Corporate Learning Excellence Lead for its Rive-Reine campus in Vevey, Switzerland. The role defines the learning standard, shapes the curriculum and elevates the learner experience, working closely with programme leaders, capability-building partners, learning teams, campus colleagues and external academic partners. It is a full-time, permanent position on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Rive-Reine learning community and help programme leaders deliver consistently high-quality learning experiences.
• Shape a future-focused curriculum that responds to evolving business and leadership capability needs.
• Define and embed learning design standards across in-person, online and hybrid programmes.
• Advance learning technology and innovation to create engaging, effective experiences for senior leaders.
• Maintain Rive-Reine accreditation and quality assurance so programmes deliver recognised, measurable value.
• Strengthen the Rive-Reine learning brand and its reputation within the global learning community.

Required profile

• Extensive expertise in strategic learning design, able to turn business and leadership needs into learning portfolios and set clear quality standards.
• Strong facilitation, programme and portfolio management skills, with quality assurance of complex learning portfolios.
• Ability to use AI, learning technology and outside-in innovation to improve learning experiences.
• Strong stakeholder influence skills to work with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, learning communities and external institutions.
• Fluent English; working proficiency in French is preferred.
