Country Head, Apollo Go Switzerland

About the role

The Country Head for Apollo Go in Switzerland will own business results, drive autonomous mobility operations and act as the primary bridge between the local team and global headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end business development and P&L for Baidu Apollo autonomous mobility in Switzerland, including strategy execution, partnership collaboration (e.g., PostBus) and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee autonomous shuttle fleet deployment, daily operations, service quality and act as liaison for technical iteration and resource allocation.
• Manage local team growth, expand ecosystem partnerships and represent Apollo Go in industry and governmental communications.
• Direct cross‑functional project delivery, standardize localized project management processes and ensure on‑time, high‑quality implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in international project management, autonomous driving, robotics, intelligent mobility or related fields.
• Strong customer‑facing experience with international key accounts and cross‑border project delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and English proficiency; German or Chinese language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Professional working level English.
• Experience coordinating with headquarters and global technical teams.
