Country Manager – Head of Switzerland

About the role

Trinnovo Group is launching its operations in Switzerland and seeks an entrepreneurial senior leader to build the market presence from scratch. Based in Zug, the Country Manager will own the Swiss footprint across executive search, specialist recruitment, talent intelligence and advisory services, targeting financial services, asset management, private banking and related regulated sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a market entry strategy for all four Trinnovo brands in Switzerland.
• Generate and manage senior client relationships, securing executive search mandates, talent solutions and advisory engagements.
• Raise Trinnovo’s profile through business development, thought leadership and event participation.
• Recruit, onboard and develop a local team as the business scales.
• Collaborate with Group leadership in London on cross‑border mandates, salary benchmarking and market intelligence.
• Represent Trinnovo at industry events, positioning the firm as the leading specialist talent partner for Swiss financial services.

Required profile

• Proven track record in executive search, specialist recruitment or professional services business development within Swiss financial services.
• Established networks and direct exposure to asset management, private banking, fintech, digital assets or other regulated sectors in Switzerland.
• Demonstrated ability to win and deliver senior mandates independently.
• Commercial mindset with the appetite to build a market from the ground up.
• Based in Switzerland; non‑residents will not be considered.
• Strong alignment with Trinnovo’s values of inclusion, purpose and long‑term thinking.

Required skills

• Fluency in English (essential).
• German and/or French proficiency (advantageous).
