Country Marketer Switzerland (m/f/x)

About the role

Solventum (formerly 3M Health Care) is looking for a Country Marketer for Switzerland within its Medical Surgical (MedSurg) division. The role drives business growth and market penetration by engaging existing and potential customers through the company's solutions, working closely with the Western Europe Marketing Manager, portfolio marketers, the country sales manager and local sales and clinical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Campaign implementation: localize and run integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the Swiss market
• Demand generation: lead lead generation, develop local communication strategies and manage participation in events and congresses
• Marketing planning: contribute to marketing planning and own the annual marketing calendar for Switzerland
• Market insights: monitor market trends, customer needs and industry developments
• Budget management: oversee and track the marketing budget
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and clinical teams, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Profound experience in product management or country marketing within healthcare
• In-depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
• Fluency in English and German
• Legal authorization to work in Switzerland without a work visa

Required skills

• Marketing planning, product launches and integrated campaign execution
• Organizational and influencing skills, managing several projects at once
• Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills
• Nice to have: affinity for digital marketing, experience in hospital and out-of-hospital markets (home care, pharmacies, general practitioners)

Work is hybrid, with two days per week in the Rueschlikon office, and up to 25% domestic travel with occasional international travel.
