Creative Graphic Designer – Fragrance & Beauty

About the role

Gisada, a premium Swiss fragrance brand, is seeking a highly creative visual thinker to shape the brand’s global visual identity. You will transform ideas, emotions, and stories into bold, elegant visual experiences that position Gisada as a leading luxury fragrance brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept‑driven visual ideas and creative concepts for international campaigns.
• Create high‑end visual assets for digital channels, social media, e‑commerce and trade marketing.
• Lead visual direction for product launches, POS displays, in‑store concepts and brand storytelling.
• Ensure a consistent, premium brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand teams and external partners to bring ideas to life.

Required profile

• Creative thinker with a strong portfolio in beauty, fragrance, fashion or luxury.
• Proven experience in graphic design for premium brands.
• Detail‑oriented yet able to maintain a big‑picture perspective.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Passion for beauty, fragrance and premium lifestyle brands.
