About the role
The Creative Graphic Designer will develop high-quality visual solutions for both print and digital media. Working closely with the Creative Manager, sales team and clients, you will translate brand objectives into compelling designs that meet user-interaction standards.
Key responsibilities
- Research client needs and market trends to inform design concepts.
- Create layouts, graphics, and web-ready assets across multiple mediums.
- Collaborate with staff, sales and clients to set realistic project schedules.
- Maintain organized files, communications and version control throughout each project.
- Review final designs for quality, consistency and client feedback.
- Participate in creative research and present innovative concepts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree with two years related experience, or high school diploma with three years relevant experience.
- Experience using an ERP system is preferred.
- Strong understanding of graphics processes, color calibration and print production.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Ability to perform color calibration, preflight checks and page layout design.
