Creative Production Project Manager

About the role

Lead the development and execution of creative campaigns while ensuring smooth production operations across all channels. The Creative Production Project Manager acts as the central coordinator between creative vision and operational delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Go‑to‑Market teams (Marketing, Digital, Social Media, Retail, Visual Merchandising, Communications) to align content strategy and execution.
• Coordinate studio deliverables, project timelines and supervise Art Directors and external freelancers.
• Manage end‑to‑end creative production including photo shoots, video productions and CGI projects from briefing to feedback implementation.
• Oversee post‑production activities with external agencies and support review, approval and adaptation of creative assets.
• Handle internal invoicing, supplier invoicing, contract preparation and signature processes.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in creative project management, photo & video production and post‑production.
• Experience in luxury/premium industry and vendor management.
• Proven ability to work across diverse, cross‑functional, international environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and strong organizational abilities.
• Fluency in English.
