Customer Analytics & Lead Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Analytics & Lead Manager to join our corporate team in Baar, Switzerland. Reporting to the Director of Analytics & Insights, you will drive segmentation, data‑led lead generation and predictive analytics to support acquisition, retention and growth for our ultra‑luxury brand.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial teams to design customer segmentation, profiling and journey‑mapping frameworks.
• Analyse guest journeys, repeat visitation and engagement patterns to uncover loyalty and personalization opportunities.
• Develop models for value, retention, churn prediction and behavioural clustering.
• Design and lead data‑driven lead generation and scoring strategies, including prospect segmentation and KPI dashboards.
• Oversee enrichment of internal CRM data with external sources such as Knight Frank, Wealth‑X and demographic datasets.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align campaign efforts and create standardized reporting for lead generation and conversion performance.
• Lead and mentor analysts, ensuring analytical accuracy, storytelling quality and adoption of analytics‑driven decision‑making across Sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Economics or Business (Master’s preferred).
• 6–8 years of experience in lead generation analytics, CRM performance or customer analytics, preferably in luxury real estate, hospitality or private‑client sectors.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills, especially with Sales and Marketing functions.

Required skills

• Expertise with CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with predictive modelling using Python or R.
• Ability to source, integrate and enrich internal datasets with external data sources.
