Customer Operations Manager – Pharma (PricePro)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Operations Manager for a Basel‑based pharmaceutical client. The role focuses on managing pricing and market access operations using PricePro and related systems, supporting both standardized and bespoke tasks across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily operational tasks, prioritising according to business objectives.
• Maintain and improve processes related to pricing, compliance, and efficiency.
• Provide timely, high‑quality services and expertise to internal departments and external country requests.
• Collaborate continuously with international, cross‑functional matrix teams including Global Pricing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, QA, and Credit Management.
• Develop new procedures or optimise existing ones to enhance quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Experience in export business within the pharmaceutical industry, especially in emerging markets.
• Strong analytical and independent thinking, able to handle both routine and complex, cross‑functional issues.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages such as French are a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously, make decisions and manage conflicting priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of PricePro, TPES and SAP (SD, FI) modules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with NVS pricing applications.
