Customer Success Manager

About the role

The Customer Success Manager will act as a trusted partner for a diverse portfolio of customers using a global employment platform. Based in Switzerland and working in a remote‑first environment, you will help customers maximize the value of the solution, ensure satisfaction, and drive long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of customers, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Monitor customer health, proactively address risks, and handle assigned cases.
• Respond to customer requests with timely, effective solutions within the scope of customer success.
• Conduct enablement sessions, product demonstrations, and escalation calls to support adoption and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product, Marketing, Finance) to resolve escalations and improve the customer experience.
• Use customer data and insights to advocate for customers and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to scalable customer success processes by sharing ideas and feedback.
• Partner with Sales on retention strategies, especially for accounts at risk of churn.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a quota‑carrying customer‑facing role within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong communication skills combined with analytical thinking and organizational ability.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a track record of driving adoption and satisfaction.
