Data Analyst – Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T)

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) and Validation teams within a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role focuses on data management, process improvement, and compliance while supporting cross‑functional projects that drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and validate STATISTICA workspaces for automated analysis of data from LIMS and MES systems.
• Verify data integrity and ensure accurate, reliable reporting.
• Assist with document archiving, preparing and transferring documentation to controlled archiving systems.
• Extract, process, analyze, and report data for MS&T and Validation projects, including sample handling.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives that enhance data management practices.
• Update and maintain SOPs, work instructions, forms, and other controlled documents.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support technical operations and project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote workplace safety by following procedures and identifying potential hazards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Biology, Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or life‑sciences industry.
• Familiarity with GMP‑regulated environments is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of manufacturing, validation, technical operations or process engineering.
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and quality.
