Data Analyst SaaS (Remote, Switzerland)

About the role

A partner company is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to work on several subscription-based SaaS products, based in Switzerland. The role covers the full customer journey, from acquisition and engagement through payments, revenue and retention, and works closely with Data, Marketing, Product, Finance and executive teams. It is fully remote across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze acquisition channels, campaigns and customer cohorts to evaluate acquisition costs, conversion rates, revenue and LTV
• Identify the most profitable growth channels and segments and advise Marketing teams and management
• Analyze the customer journey, conversion funnels, cohorts, retention and churn to find friction points
• Monitor payment performance (acceptance rates, declines, retries) and revenue risks such as disputes and fraud
• Work with Data Science and Data Engineering teams on experiments, data quality and metric definitions
• Translate stakeholder questions into structured analyses, present findings and build reusable analysis tools
• Integrate AI assistants and modern analytical tools into daily workflows

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst or similar
• Experience with SaaS, subscription or e-commerce businesses and their revenue drivers
• Fluency in French; English at B2 level or higher
• Strong business curiosity, critical thinking and autonomy

Required skills

• Strong SQL, including joins, cohort analysis and window functions
• Foundations in data analysis and statistics
• AI-native mindset with tools such as Claude
• Python, product analytics or BI tools, and familiarity with Stripe, Adyen, Recurly or Chargebee are a plus
