Data Analytics & Insights Manager

About the role

Logitech is seeking a Data Analytics & Insights Manager to turn complex data into strategic actions for its Direct‑to‑Consumer eCommerce business across 40 global markets. The role blends deep data expertise with strong communication, partnering with product, marketing and consumer insight teams to drive data‑informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3‑4 internal analysts and external agency resources, fostering a proactive business‑partnering culture.
• Develop and maintain dynamic Tableau dashboards and automated reports for senior leadership.
• Define and execute an AI strategy to increase workflow efficiency and enable predictive analytics.
• Ensure data compliance with legal, privacy and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Digital Growth Solutions to maintain data layer integrity across Snowflake, Tableau and other core infrastructure.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of eCommerce analytics experience, especially with Adobe Analytics and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Proven experience managing direct reports and agency partners.
• Strong communication skills, able to translate complex data trends for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in a global organization and handling localized market data.

Required skills

• SQL proficiency for querying Snowflake data warehouses.
• Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) expertise.
• Snowflake data‑warehouse knowledge.
• AI and Generative AI concepts applied to analytics workflows.
