Data Reviewer, Quality Control - HPLC Biologics

About the role

Lonza is looking for a Data Reviewer (m/f/d) to join its Quality Control team in Visp, Switzerland. You will review analytical data generated during routine QC testing, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements and internal procedures so that monoclonal antibody batches can be released on time. The role supports the quality of innovative biologic medicines within an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Review analytical data from HPLC and capillary electrophoresis (CE) analyses.
• Evaluate quality parameters supporting stability studies and batch release.
• Investigate unexpected or ambiguous results in collaboration with the QC laboratory team.
• Ensure analytical data and associated documentation comply with GMP requirements, SOPs and internal procedures.
• Support timely batch release through accurate and thorough data review.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in chemistry, biochemistry or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated Quality Control environment is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a precise, structured approach to reviewing analytical data.
• An inquisitive mindset and the ability to critically assess and investigate unexpected results.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; German is advantageous.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with HPLC and/or CE techniques, including icIEF, is highly preferred.
