Data Scientist – Analytics & AI Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Data Scientist to design and deliver innovative analytical solutions that turn complex data into actionable business insights. The role bridges technical expertise and business needs, supporting data‑driven decision making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytical models and AI‑based solutions to solve business challenges.
• Explore large datasets to uncover trends, opportunities and insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into data products.
• Present findings and recommendations in clear, non‑technical language.
• Contribute to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of analytics applications.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and promote best practices for analytics development and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related quantitative field.
• Professional experience delivering analytical or AI‑based solutions in a business environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities and effective communication with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Fluent German and good English.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• SQL and relational database experience.
• Statistical analysis and machine‑learning techniques.
• Familiarity with common Python data‑science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit‑learn).
