Delivery Director – Switzerland & Germany

About the role

As Delivery Director for Switzerland & Germany you will shape and execute the delivery strategy, ensuring client engagements meet business, quality and financial goals. You will lead a network of Delivery Managers, enforce standards, and align staffing with demand while collaborating closely with Consulting, Practices, Sales and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive delivery strategy and operational performance across the territory.
• Oversee Delivery Managers, enforce delivery standards and ensure consistent quality.
• Plan capacity and staffing in line with business needs.
• Partner with Consulting, Practices, Sales and Finance to align delivery with commercial objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, client satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support business development activities and contribute to solution shaping for clients.
• Travel regularly to Berlin, Vevey and Bern offices and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing complex delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical, performance‑driven and able to make decisions under pressure.
• Good awareness of AI applications in the enterprise.
• Experience with business development and a business‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
