Deployment Strategist

About the role

As a Deployment Strategist you will ensure AI solutions move from concept to production for enterprise customers, acting as the bridge between clients, engineering, and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with enterprise customers to map workflows, constraints and success criteria.
• Define scope, success metrics and integration plans for pilots and full roll‑outs.
• Translate customer requirements into clear delivery plans for engineering teams.
• Coordinate deployments across product, engineering and customer stakeholders, tracking progress and managing risks.
• Support production launches, monitor deployed agents and drive improvements based on real usage.
• Identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities with customers.
• Spend time onsite with customers to address constraints, answer difficult questions and ensure delivered value.

Required profile

• Experience in delivery‑focused, technical or execution‑oriented roles.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems into concrete plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• High ownership mindset with a bias toward action.
• Fluent in French and English.
