Deputy Team Leader / Team Leader – Electrical (New Build, Oensingen)

About the role

Bell Schweiz AG is looking for an expert in industrial electrical systems to join its team in Oensingen, Switzerland, where a new, modern, fully automated site with three plants is being built. The role is permanent, full-time and operates on a 2-shift basis, starting as of now.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Electrical Team Leader with administrative tasks, resource planning, order processing and documentation in SAP
• Act as deputy manager of the Electrical team in the team leader's absence and support staff in their day-to-day work
• Ensure rapid fault rectification, and plan and carry out maintenance and repair work
• Organise and coordinate electrical installations, external service providers and suppliers, and ensure material availability
• Ensure health and safety at work, compliance with statutory regulations and carry out periodic electrical inspections

Required profile

• Completed basic training as an electrician, electrical fitter or industrial electrician, with an interest in further professional development
• Restricted installation licence in accordance with NIV Art. 13
• Experience in industrial electrical work and a passion for managing and supporting colleagues
• Independent, reliable and resilient, with a structured approach to work and an interest in administrative tasks; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts and be on call
