DevOps Engineer – Modern Workplace

About the role

This position is for a DevOps Engineer focused on modern workplace transformation in Switzerland. You will work at the intersection of DevOps, infrastructure engineering, and digital workplace technologies, delivering secure, automated, cloud‑based end‑user computing solutions for large enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and support Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage and optimise endpoint management platforms such as Intune, SCCM/MECM and Azure AD (Entra ID).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub, embedding DevSecOps practices.
• Create automation and scripting solutions to improve scalability and reliability.
• Support cloud migration and workplace modernisation initiatives across complex enterprise landscapes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Agile (Scrum, Jira) to deliver infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure secure, stable and high‑performing digital workplace services for large‑scale organisations.
• Engage with international stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in EUC, workplace engineering or related infrastructure roles.
• Proven experience in large, complex, international enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum and Jira.
• Bonus: Microsoft, Azure or Citrix certifications; experience in retail or supply‑chain sectors.
