DevOps / IT Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

OneDoc, the leading healthcare platform in Switzerland, is looking for a DevOps / IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, build and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure for its SaaS platform. You will own the evolution of the infrastructure, ensuring observability and smooth operation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain cloud‑based infrastructure on AWS, Azure or GCP, ensuring reliability, scalability and security.
• Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts and monitoring tools to accelerate deployments and improve system reliability.
• Maintain system security, backups and compliance, collaborating with teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Implement robust monitoring, logging and alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch) for real‑time visibility into health and performance.
• Work closely with the CTO, developers and product managers to translate business needs into resilient infrastructure solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of DevOps experience.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Strong problem‑solving skills, proactive attitude and commitment to security and scalability best practices.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
