DevSecOps Engineer für AWS Cloud Plattform (w/m/d)

Über die Position

Als DevSecOps Engineer bist du verantwortlich für den Aufbau, Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer AWS‑Cloud‑Plattform. Du arbeitest in einem agilen Umfeld und stellst sicher, dass die Infrastruktur sicher, compliant und skalierbar ist.

Hauptaufgaben

• Design und Umsetzung von Identity & Access Management sowie Strukturierung von AWS Organizations mit Multi‑Account‑Setup und Landing‑Zone.
• Definition und Pflege von Guardrails (Service Control Policies, Resource Control Policies) sowie Implementierung von Audit‑, Compliance‑ und Threat‑Detection‑Lösungen (CloudTrail, AWS Config, GuardDuty).
• Aufbau und Pflege von CI/CD‑Pipelines mit GitLab CI und AWS CodePipeline und Infrastruktur‑Automation mit Terraform und Ansible.
• Integration von Policy‑as‑Code und automatisierten Security‑ und Compliance‑Checks und Verankerung von Zero‑Trust‑Prinzipien sowie „Security by Design“ und „Shift Left“ in den Entwicklungs‑ und Betriebsprozess.

Anforderungsprofil

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Governance von AWS‑Umgebungen.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in AWS IAM Identity Center, AWS Organizations, Multi‑Account‑Setups und zentralen AWS‑Services.
• Fundiertes Know‑how in CI/CD (GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline), Ansible und Terraform.
• Erfahrung mit Zero‑Trust, Cloud‑Security und Compliance‑Frameworks (z. B. ISO 27001, BSI C5, CIS‑Benchmarks).
• Analytische, strukturierte und umsetzungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Affinität zu Automatisierung.
