Digital Marketing Specialist (Brazil)

About the role

CoinFlip is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize paid search initiatives in Brazil. You will design, build, and manage PPC campaigns, measuring performance to drive acquisition, efficiency, and ROI across our digital marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Search and Performance Max campaigns across Google Ads and other PPC platforms.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as click‑through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition while managing campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
• Analyze and interpret performance data to inform marketing strategy and improve overall effectiveness.
• Collaborate with design and cross‑functional marketing teams to develop creative concepts.
• Conduct keyword research, track consumer trends, and benchmark competing brands.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest search trends and PPC best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience as an SEM or paid‑search specialist.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
