Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on, data‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to turn strategy into live campaigns that generate measurable pipeline. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will own the inbound prospect journey, guiding users from first click to lead capture and supporting Magna5’s digital demand‑generation efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage targeted email campaigns, list segmentation and nurture workflows in HubSpot.
• Partner with a consultant to track and optimise Google Ads performance; launch and monitor paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and Reddit.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and developer to update website content, create conversion‑focused landing pages, and support SEO/AEO strategies.
• Support digital event execution for webinars and virtual events, including platform setup, registration, speaker coordination and lead tracking.
• Draft compelling B2B copy for digital channels using SME briefs, AI tools and interviews.
• Assist in creating and updating sales collateral such as slide decks and one‑pagers.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (cost‑per‑lead, conversion rates, email engagement) and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation or campaign execution.
• Proven experience running paid digital campaigns, especially on LinkedIn (Google Ads and Reddit a plus).
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
• Experience updating website content; WordPress and Elementor preferred.
• Strong B2B copywriting ability to translate technical services into clear messaging.
• Working knowledge of SEO, landing‑page optimisation and conversion‑rate optimisation.
