Digital Transformation Programme Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Programme Manager to lead a high‑visibility, nine‑month migration programme that will modernise our end‑to‑end digital ecosystem. Based in Lausanne with a hybrid work model, you will act as the business lead, partnering closely with IT, global teams and a wide range of internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the business workstream from planning through go‑live and stabilisation.
• Drive governance, milestone tracking, risk and dependency management, and executive reporting.
• Lead steering committees, leadership updates and cross‑functional decision forums.
• Coordinate alignment between business, technology, global teams and external vendors.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, oversee testing, validation and readiness activities.
• Design and execute change‑management, communication and training plans to ensure adoption.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues to maintain delivery momentum.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale digital transformation or systems migration programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Excellent organisational skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and budget.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments and provide calm leadership.
