Director Analyst – Infrastructure Cybersecurity

About the role

This senior-level position, based in Switzerland, sits at the intersection of strategic research, cybersecurity expertise, and executive advisory. The Director Analyst will act as a trusted authority for global IT leaders, delivering forward‑looking insights that shape infrastructure security strategies and investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth research and analysis of infrastructure cybersecurity markets, identifying trends, risks and emerging opportunities.
• Develop forward‑looking insights on secure networking and infrastructure protection, including SASE, SSE, Zero Trust, endpoint and cloud security models.
• Produce high‑quality research reports, thought‑leadership content and presentations for CIOs, CISOs and senior IT executives.
• Evaluate cybersecurity vendors, technologies and architectures to assess market positioning and competitive differentiation.
• Deliver authoritative presentations to senior executives and industry audiences, both virtually and at global conferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client engagement, account growth and advisory service delivery.
• Monitor geopolitical, regulatory and technological shifts impacting infrastructure security strategies.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure cybersecurity, secure networking architecture or related enterprise IT security domains.
• Strong expertise in modern security frameworks such as SASE, SSE and Zero Trust.
• Deep understanding of cloud security, endpoint protection, patch management, backup and disaster recovery practices.
• Proven knowledge of leading cybersecurity vendors and platforms.
• Ability to translate complex technical and business environments into clear, actionable insights for senior decision‑makers.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as NIST CSF 2.0, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 42001 and NIST AI RMF.
