Director, Global Demand Management, IBP & Trade SNP

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Director, Global Demand Management, IBP & Trade Supply Network Planning (SNP) to lead a global organization responsible for end-to-end demand governance, advanced demand analytics, competitive business intelligence, Global IBP execution and Trade SNP. The role is a People Leader in Supply Chain Planning and Demand Planning, and is offered in Zug, Switzerland (among other locations); it is a hybrid position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a global organization across Advanced Demand Analytics, Competitive Business Intelligence, Global IBP, Trade SNP and dotted-line Global Demand Brand Owners, fostering accountability, talent development and an inclusive culture.
• Strengthen IBP and Demand Review processes and guide the competitive business intelligence process to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop the global demand digital strategy, automate analytics and workflows and partner with GPEX and Global Planning on system adoption and process simplification.
• Lead global scenario planning, develop the forecast metrics framework (MAPE, cumulative bias, forecast value add, tracking signal, IBP forecast accuracy) and support regional IBP and Portfolio Management Reviews.
• Define roles and responsibilities with regional RD&S VPs in EMEA, Americas and APAC on regional demand teams and global brand ownership.
• Shape statistical forecasting and demand segmentation, and champion digital and AI-enabled forecasting.
• Lead end-to-end Trade SNP, integrate Trade & OTC into IBP, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate the Global IBP operating cadence (DSRM, IMSCLT IBP, Executive MBR) and guide its key forums.

Required profile

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Forecasting or Supply Chain.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience.
• Experience in a global supply chain function and matrix environment.
• Ability to collaborate with key senior collaborators and demonstrate impact through critical thinking, orchestration and influence.
• Highly organized, able to work in a flexible, collaborative team and communicate up, down and across a large global organization.
