Director, Global Strategic Insights – Oncology

About the role

GSK is seeking a Director of Global Strategic Insights for its Oncology portfolio. The role will shape the global product strategy for a key ADC launch asset and drive insight‑led decision making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation of strategic insights to inform commercial forecasts and governance milestones.
• Define, plan and commission global market research to answer critical business questions.
• Develop and maintain robust forecast models that integrate market and customer insights.
• Partner with Competitive Intelligence to monitor external developments and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Influence cross‑functional teams, lead multiple workstreams and manage vendor relationships.
• Utilise technology and innovative analytical methods to increase efficiency and rigor of insight generation.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong curiosity and broad pharmaceutical expertise.
• Proven experience influencing cross‑functional matrices and leading strategic projects.
• Deep knowledge of oncology indications, competitive landscapes and long‑term strategic outlooks.
• Ability to translate complex data into concise, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
