Director, Project Management & Operational Excellence, EMEA

About the role

The Director will own and drive operational excellence for the EMEA Systems business, defining standards and capabilities that support growth, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Systems Operations Excellence across the region, standardising tools, reports, processes and operating procedures.
• Develop and manage performance‑improvement initiatives, process‑standardisation programmes and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate risk and escalation processes for major installation projects, ensuring stakeholder engagement and mitigation actions.
• Partner with regional leaders, Service, Finance, Legal, Procurement and other functions to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Drive continuous‑improvement culture, focusing on safety, quality, cost and delivery within installation teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of project‑management experience.
• Six Sigma / Lean certification.
• Proven change‑management experience in a dynamic, matrix environment.
• Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
