ELEVATE Implementation Squad Lead (m/f/d)

About the role

F. Hoffmann-La Roche is recruiting an ELEVATE Implementation Squad Lead in Kaiseraugst via We Make It GmbH, a Swiss personnel services company. Roche's ELEVATE program is its Next Generation Customer Engagement initiative, built on a foundation of internal transformation in people, process and technology, and aims to deliver the capabilities needed for the One Pharma Strategy. The Implementation Squad Lead is the primary program representative for a specific affiliate or business unit, acting as its strategic partner and main point of contact for a successful go-live.

Key responsibilities

• Own the readiness and deployment of the ELEVATE program within the assigned affiliate, delivering all local milestones from pre-launch through hypercare.
• Serve as the strategic partner and trusted contact for senior leadership, guiding the program sponsor and lead.
• Act as a bridge between the affiliate and the central program, advocating for its needs while promoting the enterprise mindset.
• Identify risks and own mitigation strategies, and act as the final authority for the squad.
• Drive adoption by partnering with ECL resources and local Change Agents on training and communications.
• Ensure squad alignment with global standards set by the PMO and the Engagement, Change & Learning COE, and coordinate with other global and local initiatives.
• Lead the implementation squad, keeping it motivated and aligned, and prioritise business continuity during the transition.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, IT or a related field.
• 5-7 years of hands-on project or deployment management, with a track record of technology implementation projects.
• 3 years of matrix leadership of distributed teams, able to lead a local squad without direct authority.
• Able to travel to affiliate or market sites for key milestones such as go-live.
• Only candidates from the EU are considered.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM deployments (Veeva specifically).
• Marketing automation, master data management and analytics ecosystem transformation preferred.
• Pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience strongly preferred.
• Business-level French and/or Spanish; English is required.
