About the role

We are seeking a versatile restaurant employee to work on‑call shifts, Monday to Friday from 11:30 am to 5:00 pm. The role supports the daily operations of our dining area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant before service and ensure proper presentation of all areas.
• Provide operational support to the team during service to maintain smooth workflow.
• Regularly restock the SmartMarket and keep products well displayed and available.
• Clear tables, clean the dining area, and maintain order after service.
• Perform dishwashing and keep the washing area clean and organized.
• Participate in various polyvalent tasks while adhering to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a versatile restaurant employee.
• Native French speaker.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with guests.
• Organised, meticulous and able to work well in a team.
• Resilient under stress.
